Hello, what is the actual alarm number, can you post a screenshot? Were you trying to use the live tooling?

Can you look underneath the turret to see if the rotating post is trying to connect. It sound like it tried to connect to a post that wasnt a live tool, and now is stuck. there is a rod with a flat cut on the face of it that connects to the back of the turret and interlocks with the tool post. Take a look there and let me know.

    Hello,

when you shut the machine off, was it in the middle of an index, or was everythink OK when you shut down and you got this problem after the next startup.

Is the turret clamped or unclamped? If its unclamped when the machine is off you can move it by hand, but more than likely it is clamped

    Hi John:
I have find the problem today.. It was just an coupling to a circuit board that not was Complete pressed in to the card :tired:
But now when i start the spindle it goes on g0 but not on g1 i have just inststall it and not test the machine before. I think s have lost some parameters. I try to start
The milling spindle today and when i start it the Chuck start to rotate. I just inststall i new spindle fregroll to the machine because the old was broken.
Do you have Any ideas of this

It may be that the orientation of the spindle is incorrect. When it rotates after pressing the Rotating Tool button, do you hear the gears engage on the C Axis?
