Hi guys

Thought I'd share my rotary table controller

Scott used it to index on a CNC mill that did not support a 4th Axis. Very cool the way he triggers indexing using a proximity sensor during the machining run

Heavy Duty Arduino Dividing Head Project

The above thread links to another thread where the source is available. Enjoy.

Features include:

Hgh performance interrupt driven pulse generator
Index by degrees minutes seconds
Index by divisions
Save and go to Home Position
Jogging a specific number of steps
Continuous turning so you can mill on a moving table
Multiple device support
Support for rotary and linear devices
All settings saved in EEPROM so no need to alter the code

This code is not for the novice, happy to answer questions but won't be handholding as this is a proven robust controller. Read the developent thread carefully, get all the resources on the very first post
