Also for those who would like to try, we have released our 5 Axis alpha version and now the controller can support upto 5 independent Axis. We are just working on the new F1-Setup screen with new features.

Closed loop system: All servo motor systems are closed loop with very high precision feedback from the builtin encoder. The motor drive takes care of the position and accuracy and its the drives job to maintain the position that has been requested by the controller.

In case the motor gets stuck or couldn't handle the load then the drive sets the alarm signal high, we plan to connect this signal to one of the controllers inputs so that all axis motors can be monitored and in case of an alarm the whole system goes into a feed hold and a message is displayed on the screen with the motor name. With this software upgrade the system will be fully closed system.
