Hi..looking for a tool that can form long hinges tool..
searched the net for some form tools but coudnt..
anyone can help?

the hinge has a pin in the middle and about 250mm long..
any ideas folks where i can find form tool for this sort of hinge?

I can build a tool to produce the hinge for you. What type of press do you have to run the tool in? Do you have any drawings or specs for the hinge?

so when you say you can biuld tool, is that hardware or on cad software?
becasue I am in New zealand and shipping wise is maybe is a bit over much for tool like that..

the hinge is:
is simialr to piano henge at least 250mil long and there will be pin the middle..
my boss says he might need to do it on 2 stages?
