How to Change axis direction? help me please.

I have a Taig CNC mill with a geicko controller running mach 3.

The x and y move in the correct direction, but the z moves down when it should moves up, and up when it should move down. I've been playing with it for about 2 hours, and have had no luck, searching yielded no results, so please help me, I have cool stuff to be made.

The Z+ moves the table down, Z- moves the table up. Just need to switch that, but have no clue where to start.

Z+ should move the machine so that the tip of a tool is farther away from the table. From your description, it is moving properly and does not need to be changed.

Config >Homing/Limits and check the "Reverse" column.

On a Taig mill, the bed is stationary and the head moves up and down. So the Z axis is indeed running in the wrong direction. I don't have Mach on this computer, but as I recall, to change that you'd go into Config/ports and pins/motor outputs and change the Z axis direction bit from high active to low active (or vice-versa).
