please give me some suggestion to cut the chipboard without chipping.
please give me some suggestion to cut the chipboard without chipping.
Clamping a sacrificial piece of wood to the blowout side of the cut usually helps. Are you cutting with a table/circular saw or a router bit?

im cutting with cnc router- 400.00 rpm_/feed rate ratio 7.0. i has used many type of 6mm bit such as single flute, double flute, 4 flute but all my bit was burn when i cut 2-3 pcs double side melamine chipboard 4'x8'.
you can get cutters made for what you need they up, down cut spiral bits.

Is that a speed of 400 or 4000rpm? Either way, it's too low.
Try it at a much higher speed i.e. 18000rpm

I'd use a 10-12mm bit, rather than 6mm.
