Please review the two attached JPG's. I'm building a glider with fellow club members and the wing will sit in a wing saddle molded into the fuse. Of course I will machine a left and right mold on my CNC. As you can see the wing saddle has a 6 degree angle. Because of the Negative draft angle how can a CNC person beat this problem? I'm thinking of a way to do a insert in each mold half. Any ideas on how the pros would deal with this. Also notice there is a notch in the front which the Leading edge of the wing notches into which adds to the problem. I machine my molds out of corian which is easy to epoxy together. Love some help here
