    How do I get flash presentation into my message?

    This question is mostly for AL THE MAN or anyone else who knows the answer I guess.

    I have a flash file or html (shows a short sequence of pictures)

    How do I embed that into my post?

    I was under the impression that you can't embed Flash in a post.
