Hi,

I have a Hurco TMM8 lathe with a life tool support. An accident occurred due to tool crashing into the workpiece at high speed.
After removing the workpiece and the tool, we have the following situation:
X, Z, and C : OK and can be moved from the handwheel
S1 (main spindle) : OK

However, while performing homing , we got the following message: " Live tool spindle orientation failed, spindle drive did not report orient complete"
After a restart , we got "Machine stopped mFail Hold =0x4 ( Encoder Error)

Please advise
