Our VM 1 magazine will not rotate in auto mode, but will calibrate. Manually in ATC diagnostics it will rotate CW but not CCW. Eye senser? Anybody else experienced this?

It could be a bad set of contacts on the Mag CW / Mag CCW contactor.
Open the back cabinet with the power off and then fire it up. Locate the contactor and make sure there are no obstructions to the magazine rotating (the tool pocket is up).
Find the button in the middle of the CW contactor and press it in with something. The magazine should rotate one way. Now press the button on the CCW contactor and see if the magazine rotates the other way. If it doesn't rotate in both directions, a new contactor is in order or you are missing a phase to the top of the contactors.
If it does rotate in both directions, the next thing to do would be to put a link between 21 & 22 on the CW contactor and a link between 21 & 22 on the CCW contactor.
If that makes it rotate in both directions, then it's a bad set of auxiliary contacts and can be cured by replacing the duff contactor.
The other thing to try would be swapping the two wires at 22 on the two contactors and seeing if the fault changes to the other direction. If it does, the I/O from the control is suspect.
