I'd like to be able to engrave letters on jewelry

    Hi,

I work in a jewelry store and we use the service of another jewelry store to provide engraving on certain jewelry.

We've contacted a local company that sells the GravoGraph M20 machine which comes with seemingly easy to use software, but it costs a bit over $7000.

We also found this machine on AliExpress for $1700, but I checked YouTube for videos about it and it seems to have software that's much less intuitive.
    So my questions are:

    1. Will the Chinese machine work or is it a waste of money?
    2. If we end up buying the Chinese machine, what's the most intuitive software we can use with it?

    Thanks.

    Hello
Do you want to engrave the inside and outside of rings or just jewelry items? I am a reseller for Gravograph and have many videos showing its capabilities.
https://www.youtube.com/user/Chewbarka1/videos I also provide training and refurbished Gravograph engraving machines.
Stay away from the Chinese machines! they are nothing but trouble.

Have you researched this product? How many reviews have you read about it?

I am among people who have a had a bad experience with Chinese products. I'm pretty much sure that it is better to invest in a machine from the beginning, instead of investing in fixing it. There are so many bracelet types, look here:https://matchinggear.com/bracelets/ at the variety of the products, and see what the Chinese machine can do. My advice is to find your niche, what EXACTLY you want to do, and then look for the machine that you need. So, if I were you I wouldn't buy the Chinese machine, sometimes they sell good products at a good price, but this is still kinda risky.
