    Hello guys

    I have a problem with DMU 70 V with 426 Heidenhain controller.

    The error “incorrect data processing B” occurs sometimes in a red window during 5-axial processing.

    I called DMG up but nobody there managed to help me.

    Does anybody know how I can solve it? Thanks in advance

    Well, the list of HEIDENHAIN errors says the following:

    Incorrect data processing B

    Error reason: incorrect interrupt
    Error recovery: turn the controller off and on or reset it – inform the customer service.

    Have you already asked HEIDENHAIN whether they can solve the problem?

    That is strange that the error occurs only during 5-axial processing – maybe it’s because of big data volume?
