Did you leave the floppy in the A: drive when booting up? I think I've seen a similar error when I've done that.
Nope no disk left in. I can get to the main screen and move in manual. Also I can review the program. But I can't get the machine to calibrate or run a program.
Sounds like your Configuration has got corrupted. Do you have a backup disk?
Yes I have a book of disk. Not sure which one to use. Or how to use it exactly.
If you have the control started, get a new floppy disk and make sure it's formatted.
Put it in the machine drive and select Auxiliary followed by system configuration. Next select backup config.
Wait until the machine has finished doing the backup. This is just so you have a copy of how the machine is now.
Find the machine config disk in your folder.
Put this in your drive and go through Auxiliary and system configuration but this time select restore config.
Once it has finished loading the files, reboot the control.
Be sure to check and reset all tools in the toolchanger map if it has one as they may not match the tool positions in the magazine.
I have same issue and unfortunately without backup disk on my hand. I even got error 'The File Allocation Table Is Corrupt' when I tried to backup current config files. Is that possible to get factory config disk, any idea? Thanks a lot.
