Is there any sort of chart that can help me with cutting speeds?

Hi everybody. I was wondering if there is such thing as a quick reference chart for determining the correct rpm and feedrates for a given diameter of tool. Or a book would be fine too. I was hoping for something along the lines of one page dedicated to steel, and a list of common tool diameters and flutes and next to that would be various depths for that tool and correct feed and rpm. For example:
    ALUMINUM
3/8 inch, 2 flute, cutting depth -0.0625, RPM 3000, max feed rate 20 ipm

A chart such as this would be very helpful.

Thank you for this chart!!! It's what I was looking for. Question though, what is the safe depth for these speeds and feeds?

    Depth

See the top of the chart, it says the depth is equal to the diameter of the cutter, this a standard statement I've seen on many charts. Remember this is only a suggested starting point, you may need to adjust.
