    It's ALIVE!..... uh almost. (x3)

Work, school and wife have taken alot of my time. er almost all...

((3 classes left and I'm done with my degree....woots))

    BUT....

I finally got to spend some time on the mill.

cncfusions deluxe ballscrew kit installed in the mill somewhere...

Ignore the ugliness and look for the perdy... = )

And the wiring/board/etc is temp and will be installed in a pretty enclosure with all the misc stuff. I just couldn't wait any longer to watch it move.

With those warnings out of the way....

The mill's first movements!! er jogs.... (muhahahhaha)

Very nice!!! Next video I wanna see the X axis motor mounted, and see the Z axis smash the Pepsi can!

BTW: congrats on being that close to getting your degree, and juggling a full life at the same time!! What's it in? By the looks of your project, it's EE.

I thought about crushing the pepsi can, but it was full at the time. ((Grins))

Waiting on part replacements for the x-axis. Hopefully, they will be here early next week.

The degree is in BSIT: Network design... pay the bills by working on computers, been doing it for 12+ years. Almost finished with BS that I been working for off and on for 10 or so years. Couldn't make up my mind on a major. =/
