Kira VTC 30 S Tool Change Parameters

I have a Kira VTC30S with a Fanuc 21-m Controller. I lost the batteries on the x,y and z axis. I have managed to work out how to set the reference points on the axis. However I can no longer do a tool change. I think the machine may have lost the value for the second reference point on the z axis.

Does anyone know how to set this or even have a manual they could copy the relevant page out of.

    Thank you
