Hey guys I'm wondering if anyone here knows something about a Kirloskar CNC 500 lathe. I bought it about 15 years ago and was going to retrofit the controls but the project got mothballed. I sold off the garbage Anilam control and I want to finally get on this project. My question is does anyone know where the spindle lube pump is. Sounds silly but I've spent hours looking. I can't locate it and nothing seems out of place or disconnected. I've follow the lines opened the reservoir tank and all that's in there is a steel mesh filter connected to what must be the intake line and a large poly tube is the return from the headstock. The feed line feeds up to the bottom of the headstock casting but inside just connects to the distribution block and lines. There's no pump in there nor any electrical lines to be seen. I'm wondering if it's buried behind any of the sheet metal guards or electrical cabinet but that will be a heck of a job just to look. There's no access doors that I can see. Any help would be appreciated.
