Laser troubles... 130W tube possibly dead with just a few hours

I linked some videos of the problem.

This is a Chinese 130W laser cutter. It probably has actually been lasing for three hours. I got it a month ago. At 50% power, the laser will only stay on for a second or two seconds then it goes off when it should still be lasing. On the laser power supply, there is a red light than indicates it's lasing. That red light comes on when it should and the power supply makes a hissing noise while the laser is firing then stops making a hissing noise when the laser stops firing.... even though it should still be firing. The laser is aligned properly. At 20% power it will stay on, but the power is very very weak. It won't even cut paper. That's 20% power on a 130W laser. I've got diodes that will do that. It did have very good power at first. I have a purple light in the tube when the laser is triggered, whether it's actually producing a laser beam or not. The intensity and completeness of the purple light in the tube seems to vary with whether or not a beam is actually being produced. Water has been kept clean and cool.

Here are the vids. I had to take lower quality vids to get a workable file size.

I've given a look over the connections and they seem fine. I think something is wrong here, I'm just not sure whether it's the supply or the tube.

    Thanks in advance.

I would contact the people you purchased it from. They have test procedures to try before going any further.

the hissing noise you hear is high voltage leaking to ground. there should be no such noise. Check your "red Line" make sure it is routed away from the ground line as a start. If the noise is coming from within the PS, it may be damaged or faulty.
I hope you did not buy it from Sinjoe laser tech. best I can do for ya over distance

Sure. He has a HV leak to ground and perhaps needs a new PS or HV lead or both Its much cheaper to spend $5,000 for a new machine....

Who told you about new machine?
Laser is a laser, not machine. Only idiot thinks that laser means machine.

Your Post which is #4 above, you said You need new Laser did you not?
Not you need a new laser tube? Why would he need a new laser or laser tube if its just a HV leak or HV PS?
A laser can not be a Laser without the rest of the machine, but a laser tube can be just that.

Is not Poland the home of my favorite invertor Nikola Tesla who I used to teach my students about.

If you know anything about laser technology you would never call a laser as fu...g "tube".
Laser is a source of coherent radiation, not laser plotter or cutter.
And If you know anything about laser technology you would know that this laser is dead.
This is not arcing, not HV leak or HV PS.
This is problem with gas mixture that can not - by some reason- regenerate properly.
And Nikola Tesla wasn`t a Pole. He was a Serbian. Also Slavic.
