LC Series- Cutting out of square, and arcs on y axis.

Im having problems! Machine is definatly out of square.
Attached is a poor MS Paint drawing showing you what im talking about.
Anything over 4 feet on the y- axis is most definatly at least 1/8th of an inch out of square.
Also, as you can see in my bad drawing, Lines along the y-axis have an arc to them, identical on either side of the table.

I've noticed a few things that I think are the problem, but i have no idea how to adjust it. The entire gantry arm that everything rests on seems to be about 1/4 inch off. When its at its furthest Y position (home) the gantry arm measures 4.3750" from th edge of the table on one side, and 4.125 on the other.

I cant see any way to adjust this, as the arm moves from a centre drive screw running down the center of the table, and just uses the sides of the table as a guide.

    Any thoughts?

1)how old is your machine and are you the first owner?
    2)is this a recent problem?
    3) is the machine under warranty?

check to make certain that the linear bearings that the gantry rides on are straight. 2 check the angle of the gantry to the bearings. I have encountered instances where a gantry took a hit during shipping or some where else along the way and was knocked out of square. I think techno has a protocol for re-squaring the table, give them a call or check their on line files.

    good luck

    1) <6 months, and yes we are
    2) its always been out of square, since it has arrived, today was the first time ive noticed the arcs, mainly because i have yet to cut anything over 4 feet, that was straight, until today.
    3) yea, it is. Finally heard back from techno. Tech support said they'll have to send someone out.

Will you get the time to watch them work on the machine? If so would you report back to us what they had to do? It might just help somebody out of a
    jam sometime.

Tech came out the very next day to try and square up the machine. He has a few ideas about why it may be cutting arcs on the y-axis, but hes definitely sure that it shouldn't be happening (thanks). As of now, im waiting on a return trip, as they need a specific jig to square the rails that the y-axis runs on.

As of today, machine has drifted to a point where the automatic tool changer almost rips itself of the bar when it tries to dropoff or pickup a tool. So it lasted a little less then a week before it has to be adjusted again.
