    Question Lynx 220A alarms

These are the alarms given, what I have found and what I am thinking but could use some advise. If anyone has any information that could help, I would greatly appreciate it.

607 X Axis Single Phase failure
613 X Axis Single Phase failure
607 Z Axis Single Phase failure
613 Z Axis Single Phase failure
    9004 SPN 1 input fuse/power fault

My thoughts and what I have found so far on this is that these faults are likely a symptom not the cause of the problem. In checking for power, I have found that the (KN10) Contactor relay is not staying on. After the machine powers up, you get power across the bottom of the KM10 but soon after the machine finishes powering up, you hear the relay kick off and I no longer read any power across the bottom of the KM10. So my question is where do I go from here? Is the KM10 bad because it can't stay contacted? Where does it get the power from to stay contacted? Is it losing that power and therefore, kicking off? Other options?

    Thanks!

Check main contactor in the door for burnt points. You can take the assembly apart and reassemble it if you're careful.

Km10 is latched on by means of a 24vdc signal that comes from the fanuc power supply. If the fanuc senses the loss of 1phase, it will shut off the 24vdc signal, and you're fire goes out. A common cause is the main contacter in the door. CAUTION: Turn off the power and check all 3 phases with a volt meter for 0volts before working on this switch.

    Re: Lynx 220A alarms

Hello. I was wondering if you were able to resolve this. I’m having a similar problem with the same machine. I turned on the machine in the morning and have the exact same alarms. Any information would be helpful.

    Thanks in advance
