M51 command on R2E4 drops spindle and axis

Trying to get indexer working on it, machine is not wired factory with it but I believe I can use EAF pins K9B-1, -2, -3 to actuate. I can get machine to work fine in regular G codes, fwd, rev, hi low, speed changes, etc., however as soon as I punch a M51 the axis drive relays drop out and spindle stops. Checking for voltage before M51 I'm getting 30vdc at CRX wires 56 and 46 as well as EAF pins K9B-1, -2, -3. When I execute M51 CRX 56 & 46 go to 0vdc as well as K9B-1.

Swapped EAF board with a spare and no change, however the one board boots up with a drive error that clears after a minute or so and the other board boots up normally, says Indexer enabled.

One of my Questions is I'm not sure of the ZAP, what it is, what it does at the K10B-3 on EAF board. I believe my faults have to do with the rewiring someone did on the spindle control relays as I think that wire 46 at CRX should always have 24vdc and relay should actuate from Grnd applied at K9B-1?

    Regards
    Doug
