Question Mach 3 Jog movement question

I have built a machine with 3 axis and running mach3

when you jog the x and y axis using the + button ,the x and y move towards the stepper motors,
when you jog the z axis using the + button the travel is away from the stepper motor .How can i sort out this problem - the stepper motor on the z axis is the opposite way round to the other motors.
Is there a software setup solution

Does it act right when you run a program? If you set zero and command Z-1, does it move down or up? You can change the direction in the ports and pins or motor set-up screen - select reverse. I don't have a copy of MACH in front of me so I can't direct you in a step by step manner. Sorry. I had a similar issue when I set up my mill.

Will check out - ports and pins - Think I know where that is in the software - Its all very new to me at the moment. So close to finishing now.eg neez to sort out some longer cables for y and z axis and a mount for the router plus a bit - then can go cutting hopefully
