I think "Windows XP,128 mb RAM,333mhz" is way too underpowered. What year is your computer?

The PC hooked to the CNC router is Dell Dimension V333c with an Intel Celeron ,331 Mhz, 256Mb Ram.My other PC, which I use for the drawings, is a Dell Dimension 8400, 3.08 Ghz, 3Gb Ram,512 Mb video board, Windows Vista...

The "Dell Dimension V333c with an Intel Celeron ,331 Mhz, 256Mb Ram" is way too slow to run your machine in my opinion.

A 333Mhz may run Mach2, but may be even too slow for that.
