Hi all,

I'm halfway through my extrusion router build and have got all my electrics but have absolutely no idea of what to do and not sure even what questions to ask.

The equipment I have is:

• WJ200-022SF Hitachi Inverter
• 2.2kW chinese spindle bought through linearmotionbearings2008
• RS-232 to RS-485 interface
• Gecko G540

What I'd really like to get is a wiring diagram, settings list for the inverter and any other settings / parts required.

I've trawled through the forums and other sites for WJ200 related posts but they all seem further down the path than I am.

first I think you need a manual for the vfd and set frequency and power properly..
also try to google about the inverter.. at least you can find manual about setting..
