Mazak top and bottom turret alignments

I am trying to find out the proper procedure for turret alignments or as some call inclination. I have always removed tools and swept block on x axis toward center line. i would adjust by removing plugs and loosing 8 bolts and use bar to move turret in needed direction. I know the tool nose should on top and bottom turret should be close to touching each other if you bring them together. Also top turret tool nose lines up close to center of the ball on my chuck as well as the tail stock center. The bottom turret tool nose is off center by almost 2mm. All the tool on the bottom check out this way.
I am trying to find a written procedure on how to align top and bottom turrets mazak will not supply this information they want company to pay for training. I have 4 mazaks in my work area and they are used in mass production. Tree of them need alignment on bottom turrets and one needs it on top. Can anyone help me.

why can't you just use a coaxial indicator and sweep the tool pocket that is used for center drilling? mount the indicator in the main spindle and center the pocket to it. that is all i have ever had to do and i have lined up many, many turrets in my 15 years as a mazak service engineer. top or bottom turret are done the same way. it is not that hard to do.
