Where is the file (or procedure) located to download the TOOL OFFSET registry. NOT THE TOOL DATA.
I have been looking all over this machine and cannot download/upload the tool data - ??????

Probably not helpful, but...
I only have Nexus controls, and it is all on the I/O page. Specifically selectable as "tool offset" along with the "tool data" From your comment I'm guessing than that is a difference with the 640M controls.
On the control C drive it is presumably somewhere in the C:\MC_machine_database dir, probably as part of another file though.

To create a TEXT file (program) of Tool Offsets on MazaTROLL 640M

Select “DATA I/O” screen
Select “HARD DISK” or “FLOPPY”
Select “DIR SELECT”, a window will appear. Select a directory from the list in the window (using arrow keys) or type a new Directory name and hit INPUT. (the new Directory will be under C:\MC_Machine Programs\...

Select either “NC ->FD SAVE “(floppy) or “NC ->HD SAVE” (Hard Drive)

Choose “TEXT FORMAT” (it will turn PINK - otherwise the file cannot be read)

On Left screen, use arrow keys to navigate down to “TOOL OFFSET”.
Hit INPUT– this will turn the selection to a Light Blue color.

Select “START”. The center Arrow should change to a Purple color as the file is being created.

File is stored as a text file in the Directory chosen earlier as "tolofs01.m6v"

The contents are similar to a Fanuc offset download in the “G10” structure. E.g.,

…

This file can be copied or loaded as a program and run to load offsets into their registry.
