    Mid 90's VM-17 Space requirements

What are the space requirements for a mid 90's V-17?
With the head all the way down, what is the height? Will it go through an 84" garage door? I can't seem to find this info anywhere.
There is one for sale local to me. Of concern, while they had a dust collector hose on it, they machined graphite and steel with it. I'm wondering if it has seen the end of its useful life?
It has the Centurion VI control

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi
it should go through an 84" garage door but you have to remove the Z servo motor and the head cables chain , The height is around 81 " like this

Thanks for the information. Do you know what the required headroom is while in operation?

In operation , you need an height of around 107" when the head is in upper position ( 110" with safety margin )

Thank you very much again. Clearly not a machine that would work in a garage with an 8' celing.....

Hi Marty, The Partner 1 machines are real popular for putting into garages and they will run on 30A single phase.

I have 2 available, PM me for more info.
