    milling .080 / .040/.063 aluminum

    Hi group,

I am new to the cnc router world and my issue is figuring speed rates, chip loads and plunge rates for these types of aluminum. I am working with a 3/16 single flute and I cant get the numbers right. Could anyone help me solving this issue? thanks in advance. I am working on a 24000 rpm max machine.
