Milling thin aluminum and titanium sheets

    Hi,

I need a total of 40 parts milled out of sheet 7075 T6 aluminum approx. 0.032", 0.05", and 0.1" thick and 5 parts milled from 6AL-4V titanium approx. 0.025" and 0.04" thick.

Note: After I get the parts, I will send them to get polished and anodized. Then I will send them back to you to get them chamfered at a 45 degree angle. If you can do all that for a low price, that would be great.

Cosmetics on these parts is important and about 45 out of 55 of these parts should be polished to an almost mirror finish on one side.
Don't worry too much about the tolerances - 0.01" will do fine, but try to be consistent with the sizes, so each part should 0.003" or close enough that they "feel" like they're the exact same size when you stack them. However, there are 2 aluminum parts that will need tolerances to 0.002" to ensure that parts can actually fit together.

Each part is smaller than 98mmx62mm and there are 3 different shapes I will need for aluminum and 2 different shapes for titanium. Milling, laser, etc. are all good as long as the edges are smooth enough to look almost polished and the heat affected zone should be minimal because I will need to hard anodize them later.

    Aluminum and Titanium shapes:
Shape #1 - Smaller than 98mmx62mm - needs about 250mm worth of cutting from 0.032" thick 7075 sheet (0.025" for Titanium)
Shape #2 - Same size but needs about 3x as much cutting from a 0.05" thick 7075 sheet (0.04" for Titanium)

    Aluminum only shape:
Shape #3 - Same size as the other two - the difference is it's 0.1" thick and it needs pocketing 2mm deep.

I can send you drawings if you give me your email address. (Not sure how to PM attachments)
