    Flood Coolant works just fine on a knee mill. Just make a coolant tub to hold the mess and recycle the fluid. We added one to our CNC Knee Mill about 3 years ago, still working great. Just use 80-20 and plexi-glass.

    JSCHOPPERS, awesome enclosure. I also made an enclosure and it keeps the mess (flood and especially chips) well contained. I could not be happier.
