Why would you bother when you can get these for about $10 each in quantity. Work well too.

Yes, I am well aware of what you are trying to achieve. I do know what a #6 size refers to also. The reality is that some things, sparkplugs included have limitations on the amount of "scaling" they can handle and still work efficiently enough without being troublesome.
That's very true. Also consider that an RC ignition can jump a 1/2 inch gap so controlling where the arc goes can be an issue. The smaller the plug the closer the tip gets to the block so ignition boots become a nessessity. If you look at any model engine the plugs never look scale under about 1/3rd scale.

definitely bordering on the limits of practicality. not only is there the spark factor, but im fairly certain you cant shrink a molecule of petrol... or air. surely atomisation / combustion becomes an issue at such sizes too? then again a cox .010 manages to run...
but 1/2" BxS still sounds possible.... that would be... no! no more maths! give or take, 16 cc or a whole fat cubic inch

I have made prototypes.
The Little Demon V8 is designed to be a bench top display engine. It should not be used
to power any type of RC vehicle because the cooling system is only adequate for short
runs. It should only be run using gasoline + 5% WD40 and should never be run on nitro.
