    1- Machine Vertical machine center(x=+/-410, Y=+/-305, Z=610 mm) rotary table A axe(range only 0to +359.999 - dia 255mm) the work piece is on X- .

    2-Controller : SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840 DE / MMC103 NCU 573.2 SW4.3 .

3-ususally I use a post SIE810(Mpost) in 3 axes with some modification, for more complex I need 4 -5 axes (A axe range 0 to + 359.999 shortest path) + repostion macro. & NO need for Tool change.

The most important thing I need is A axe will always output in range between 0 + 359.999 & also when rotary axe A reach to limit I need the tool to be plunge in +z rotate A axe to other position & continue machining.

Please if you need any other information ,let me know my e mail : [email protected]

    Thank you in advance

I looked through my list of Post files and I have a 3 axis post for the Siemens 840D control.
I can send it to you, if I need to re-write it for a 4 or 5 axis machine, I would have to charge you for my time..

Please send me an IM with your email address and let me know...

    Thanks,
    Machinster...

    Bassam,

I did send you a 3-axis post processor for the Siemens 840D... Did this post processor work for you? I do not currently have a 4 axis post processor for the Siemens 840D but I could probably modify one for you if I knew more about your machine.

I need to know what your rotary axis is, which side of the table left or right, picture would help. Which direction is Positive A, which direction is Negative A. Inverse time feed rate, G93 yes/no and maybe some more information if it is a 5 axis.

Maybe contact me at my email address.

I cannot guarantee that I can help you, but remember you will always get what you pay for....

    Thanks,

    The Machinster and his minions.....
