Let me know the process, and the next time we do this project, I'll change them. We managed to finish the cuts, so we're moving onto a different project which won't require such high RPM's, or such a small cutter.

However, we'll have to do this project again in the near future, and probably do a similar cut on a smaller piece. I wish our machine went higher than 8000RPM, then I don't think we'd be having this problem.

looks like this problem is coming up again, but this time using a 1/4" ball endmill at about 3000 RPM, so it must not be a high RPM problem. It cut out after about 2 hours of run time, cutting inversed domes for a vacuum form mold. We reset, started it from where it left off, and it happened again within a half hour.

Same error, "motion control queue runout detected in axis XYZ". The piece is about 10"x10"x0.5", with 25 domes cut into it. I wish I could figure out why the stupid machine is doing this to us!

i cannot remember off the top of my head how to do it. You need to load the naverror files onto usb and send it to hurco service. motion q errors are usualy software related. call hurco service 800 number and they will talk you through it.

we made the log (press "alt-0" I think), and we'll have to call the Hurco guy again soon. He's been here a few times recently for this issue and hasn't been able to fix it apparently. He cleaned the board connections thinking that might be the problem, but I don't know if it was. Next time they bring him in, we'll have him pull the log file and send it to Hurco again. I believe he sent the file the last time it happened too.
