    Exclamation Multicam 3000 Series - MOTOR FAULT (0x 10) PLEASE HELP!

    Dear IA Community, I need assistance with the following fault I'm facing. My Multicam 3000 router is giving me this fault code and I'm unable to fix it or even identify what the issue is exactly.

    MOTOR FAULT (0x 10)
    XB Drive 5
    -Faulted
    AXIS 0|3000_545_3422_XB
    Count 3: Drive is OK
    Safety Stop Basis: Over-voltage or over-current.

    I have been told that this relates to cleaning and / or lubrication so I usually proceed with cleaning the XB rail and then taking the motor out, cleaning it of any binds, then reinstalling it on the rail. However, this time, the rails are clean, the motor seems to work sometimes fine for a few minutes then throws the fault. Ive cleaned the rails, machine, and motor like no tomorrow and still my machine won't run
    Any way I can fix this fault for good and not have it appear in future? as I'm facing this almost every 2 months and is making me contemplate owning a Multicam.. Apart from this fault however it seems to work without skipping a beat.

    Any assistance would be highly appreciated !

    Blink count 5 is normally a mechanical issue ie;
    1. Servo motor locked up
    2. Gearbox issue
    3. Bearing cars locked up and dragging the rails
    Normally in rare cases its the amplifier
