Hello All.

I hope someone has the answer to this.

I have a MultiCam 8000 machine and I am unable to edit the static IP or change to DHCP(this would be better)

I have found instructions (for a simialr but not identical machine) that guides me to use Shift -> Help -> 2
This should and does displayed the current address information.

Then I'm guided to hit the DNC button which according the the instuctions should give me options to either set DHCP or Static addressing.

Instead it clears the Shift light and drops me back to the Home or Main screen of the controller.

Does anyoen have any insight or experience with this machine/controller?
I'm sure there's a button or key combination that differs for this model machine but I haven't found instuctions and I was getting nowhere just guessing.
