    Thanks Lee for your encouragement, actually I reserved places for 8 tools with 50mm space from tool center to tool center, Later I'll post some interesting details about the gang tools.

    at the same time I made LONG Z axis, actually more than I need by double. this was unintended mistake.

    Here are some pics of the stepper mount bracket, I made it of angle aluminum extrusion (3mm thick) using my DIY CNC router (Router pics attached).

    Do you by chance have a picture of the shaft with nothing on it? How did you accomplish the bearing retention on the flange side?

    Can you offer the Headstock diagram? also you have said 10mm pipe I think it is too small. I am reading from last 5 days and thought to step in.
    Can I use old Head stock Lathe machines or do I need to prepare this one.?
