    Unhappy My Laserworld Laser CO2 stops

    Hello, I'm from Guatemala, sorry if a can't write well my english is bad .
    I have a problem with my laser, y send a file with engraving/cuting and it doesn't matters what I print, can be cutting o engraving, suddendly stops and beeps like its finished but the work its not done yet!
    so if I try to move the head with the arrows i doesn't move, i need to shut down the machine and restart to use "normaly" the machine,
    it happens at any time, can be beggining or can be at 99% of the work it just stops and theres notting I can do just beeps, and need to restart.

    Motion Card is: MPC6515
    machine laserworld.
    software I Use: Laser Cut 5.3
