My router is finally starting to be built

After a lot of planning, i have finally begun making parts. I've already got ballscrew for each axis, as well the actuator. Using two 2" diameter conduit pipes per side for the X. And 1.5" diameter for the Y.
As for a table. I have a 24x42" sheet of 1100 aluminum that I have drilled and tapped a 1/4-20 hole every 3" as a grid. THat was the most recent bridgeport adventure...
Pictures of that, and my heap of material now. Then part of my Z axis tommorow.
These pictures are huge, so i will include a link to them

    Another picture of table
And finally, the heap of aluminum and all sorts of other mess in my lair

    Nice heap!

What are your plans for bearings (on the conduit)? Also what kind of gantry style?

Yep, bearing right on the conduit. Ive got the 2" diamter stuff you see. But I will be making a dual rail system for hopefully, extra rigidity. Moving gantry also. That 48x.5x5" sheet leaning against the chair, that will be the sides of it.
