Hi all, has anybody seen an error page like this when connecting to a PC with tnc remo?

My boss has this old VMC460 with a Heidenhain controller and some notes from a previous operator as to how to load programs from the pc.

When I follow the instructions and try to connect from the PC I get this error (see attachment)


Any light you guys can shed would be greatly appreciated as I haven't a clue what I'm looking at and haven't been able to find any information on this sort of error code.
