[Hack]

I am currently building my first cnc router. MDF Construction with 30 x 48 x 6" cutting area. I am looking for a package that I could purchase that contains all the steppers, power supply, etc. Basically all the electronic stuff. I can easily build a machine, but know nothing about the electronics. Does something like this exist?

Thank you for the above links, but I have a couple of quick questions about the stepper motors. I notice different numbers such as 80 oz/in and 125 oz/in and so on. Up to very large numbers. What does this mean and what should I be looking for for my cnc? It's main use will be cutting mdf and solid wood and maybe parts for my next router (some aluminum).

oz/in is a measure of torque. In simplest terms, it is stating that it can move/hold a 125 oz weight on a 1" long lever. Note that there is continuous torque and stall/peak/holding torque. Higher numbers are stronger.
