I bought a Chinese 40w laser and have had multiple tech conversations with their US connect. He has essentially set up the laser with all of the specs inside the program that he uses, and instructed me on the focal distance from the laser to the wood. He is stumped. CorelDraw is communicating to the laser, it does all of the movements of the cutting or the engraving, but the laser won't fire? It does however fire when I press the laser test button. Please advise! THANK YOU

Shot in the dark here, and you probably checked this, but is your laser power max in RD works at a reasonable value? Say 50%. The pulse value for the push button test is set on the controller, the engrave/cut power is set via software.

a few other things to check, if you are working directly from Corel, make sure the colors match exactly. 1 digit off and they will not output. Check to make sure the color is set output. Have you tried working directly from RDWorks?
