Need help, Kitamura H-800 ATC problem

    Hi folks,

I have a Kitamura HMC H-800 with a Fanuc 15M control. I'm having problem lately with tool change. The problem is that when the ATC arm swung in to pick up the tool from the spindle, it bounced back & i got the ATC tool changer alarm. I activated the maintenance mode & moved the arm back to home position. I also noticed that the rail in the ATC arm did not line up with the groove in the tool holder while moving it back to home. I think the ATC home position has changed. Is there a way to move the home position of the ATC arm so that the its rail will line up the the groove in the tool holder?

    Thanks for reading

There is two sensors in arm's gear box. First half moon shaped is for clamp lock. Below that is "home"-sensor's cam. It affect straight to arm home position. Remember mark clamp lock cam and notice home cam affect also clamp lock cam.

I'm not sure have H-800 exactly same system as I explain above, but it's common on Kitamura's.

But I have second note. My own machine (Mycenter Zero) is moving arm too slow. It's getting slover every tool change. This is cause of broken bearing in arm's turning motor. I heard this is VERY common fault Kitamura's atc's.

I hope these hints help you some how.
