I have a CNC with Fanuc oi-mate MC controller. I'm getting the X-AXIS – EXCESS ERROR. Can someone help me troubleshoot this alarm? Also, there is a jitter with the motor when this alarm occurs. The jitter comes first and then the alarm.

Hi Friend,

I was able to solve the issue of the Excess Error. But after that, I cannot start the cycle start. When I push start I get an Operator Message NO 2080 REFERENCE X AXIS & CHECK ENTIRE STROKE TO BEGIN AUTO CYCLE.
