Need (manual, schematic...) for Servo Dynamics sd1525-10

I have a Hurco KM1 mill and one of the servo boards is bad.
I have pulled it apart and started checking the drive transistors,
    diodes....

But it would help loads if I had some reference material.
Sometimes I would get a OT/RMS error light on power up,
other times I would get other lights. and the OT/RMS would
    stay cleared.

Unfortunately the other 2 axis are Westamp drives so I have
    nothing to compare voltages/signals to.

All of the driver diodes/transistors seem to measure the same values
510-530 ohms one direction and 0 in the other for the diodes,
and 450-460 from case to either pin in one direction and 0 in the other
22-28 ohms between the pins either direction on the transistors.
FYI, I removed these components to check their values.

I have swapped the SD with the Westamp drives and the Westamp
still worked and the SD drive did not. So I have pretty much eliminated
everything but the SD drive. I am decent with board level work but I need
a reference board to compare to or a tech manual for this board.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Curtis

    RE: SD board

I have an extra board. I will ship it to you if you will tell me you will ship it back. It is a working board. You may use it to compare. If you are unable to find the problem ship both boards to me. I know a man here in Wichita, KS who will fix it. I will ask him what he would charge. He is not cheap but he is very very good. You may find it cheaper to find another board.
Will you return it to me?
Who should I ship it to?
    Where should I ship it?
    Do you want it overnight?
Do you have a FedEx, UPS, DHL account number?
My email is [email protected]. Contact me with my email. I am not on the CNCZone very often.
    thanks

    WOW

Was not expecting a response like that.
Let me see what other options present itself before I take it that far.
I was looking more for someone to reply with some test point voltages,
a manual, or something along those lines. I would defiantly return it.
I should be able to use a shipping account that my work has with UPS.
Will have to check on it. Definitely not overnight. I am in no major rush
to fix this but I would like to make some chips fairly soon.

Thanks I do appreciate the offer...
If I don't make any progress in the next couple of weeks I will be contacting
    you via email...

you can get a manual from Servo Dynamics. They will copy one and send you the copy. I don't know how much that will help you. They may not want to send you the schematics.

Actually no, I did not try to contact Hurco yet.
I am looking into what my options are in regards
to a retrofit. It comes down to having to buy new
drives or using Pixies with my existing drives for now.
Saving me about $300 for now until I can find some
used but good A-M-C drives with step/dir controls...

Any info you can provide would be appreciated...
