I have several figures I need cut in relief from polystyrene foam. They vary somewhat in size but an average would be 5 inches by 5 inches with a Z height of 1/2 inch. I will have others of similar measurements in the future but my needs are somewhat dependent upon the cost. I have a homemade cnc router but it is quite slow and although it meets my needs admirably for vcarving its not quite practical for 3d. I have quite a few softwares at my disposal and can provide obj, stl, rlf files or can produce code from Artcam or RhinoCam.
The figures need to be one sided reliefs That I will be making molds from to cast wax into to use for lost wax casting. If the cost turns out be too high i will just bite the bullitt and run my machine for a day or two straight. thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
