    Need Sheet Metal Parts Fabricated

    Please quote the following:

    Qty (50) of Riffle Tray 8" Riffle, make from 2024-T3 .040" clad or un-clad

    Qty (20) of Riffle Tray C Channel, make from 2024-T3 .040" clad or un-clad

    Qty (40) of Riffle Tray C Channel L Bracket Joiner, make from 2024-T3 .040" clad or un-clad

    Tolerance +/- 1 degree bend, +/-.015" part periphery, +/-.010" hole location, +/-.005" hole size.

    I can provide 3D models upon request.

    Hi Mark, would you please reply with those who sent what you'd consider reasonable quotes and who you chose? I'm about to shop for a metal bracket to be fabbed, too, only I'm slightly less sure about nuances of the design.
