Need someone to program a part! (3d)

Hey guys, Im in a little bind, I am making this part for a 3.5hp briggs intake, It basicly attaches the breather tube back to the intake and I thought I mite as well make it like its ported, put a nice radious on it. The problem is that I need someone to program it for me.
I dont have the software or the knowledge.

I will be using a 1/8" ball end mill and .01" steps, thats about the maximum depth I can take. This is 6061 aluminum.(I still have to set up new pullies for the machine for more torque)
I would cut the hole and the contour and drill the holes myself, all I need is some G-code to make that radious with the 1/8 ball mill

    Help me please!
Heres the drawing, autocad 2000 format dxf

sweet! I have the holes covered,

Did you have it do the center? that wont be there because I plan on milling it out of there before I do the radious.

    Thanx dude!

oh, is there a chance we can mill around the holes so I don't have to counterboar them or something?

If its too much work for ya, dont worry about it, maybe I could just draw that up.

Got yah. I cut the center hole so the rest would cut right. I'll just cut that part of the code out. I'll send you a first run and we may have play with it.

Just a quick addition to this thread, I hope the code I wrote for Jon will run for him. His request came at a time when I needed something to do while I was running a long program. I consider it a training exercise. As much as I would like to I won’t always have time to do this. I also don’t want to take work away from others. So please don’t be disappointed if I turn down future requests.

Gary now is a fine time to tell us. I already have my list ready .

I think it is a fine thing you did and I would hope that we could all help like that at some time or maybe at another time!

You have been very helpful to many here and I hope Paul lets you stay!!

We've been considering it, but he sure is a trouble-maker, and never does anything for anyone.

Maybe if he performs some kind of good deed we'll reconsider..

j/k, Gary is a great guy, as you have seen. We woudn't let him leave even if he wanted to leave!
