I work for a company that injects ceramic componets utilizing high pressure die injection molding and we are currently looking for a small 3-4 axis low cost ,high capability CNC mill ,that is capable of fitting on a bench top or is portable in nature. Currently we use a Defiance VTX but because they went out of business the replacement parts are unavailable rendering the machine obsolete. I need the machine for very light cuts we remove material flashing from an die injected part similar to the flashing and parting/die line that occurs in die cast automotive parts. I need a precise machine apx. .0002" repeatabiltity. Here is a list of the machines I am currently quoting and was wondering if anyone has input or opionions on the brands or if there is another brand available in the configuration similar to the ones I have listed. There's also the Dynamechtronics 1007. Portable is a realtive term though since it's quite heavy depsite it's footprint.

maybe i'm off base, but have you looked at industrial hobbies? not production, but great for removing flash.
