I don't think this will helpful for you ,please contact him , I think they will service you best for we always have a little problem in life. It is really not a good way to post bad reputation with company , you will got nothing , from the CNCzone ,which show most of feedback is better except you .Hope you will got best solution .

I contacted them. I already posted in another thread that their solution for me was that I buy another machine from them and pay in advance. That was the only solution they will offer. They even do not take a look on the summary of defects I sent them. I think some of the employees made an error and wants to hide this from his boss.

Finally get my machine. Their cnc router seems good, now working fine. Just as they said send their engineer to assemble the machine, and tell us how to do. In general, the machine quality is good, but price is really a little high. Hope can give someone help.

Can you please send me your Mailadress or website or postal address by PM? These pictures look also like BCAMCNC stock photos. Although they are better made, because this time there is no chinese calendar or else in the picture.

It sounds like he must be in China, where the engineer from the factory can show up and set up his machine for him. I don't think they offer that service outside the country.
