    New Mills Here!!!!!

I sure am glad I waited on (not) getting the IH mill. And went for this one instead. I couldn't bring my self to sit and wait on a mill I didn't know when or if I was getting it. I do feel your pain for those of you that sent in money and have nothing or part of a machine to show for it.

Somewhere nearby is a huge crane, I hope. :-)

    Congrats on the new rig!

We have a #8000 all terrain fork lift. Unloading was a snap and a #5500 pallet jack for final placement. It's a used Haas 71/2 hp spindle 6000rpm and 400ipm. Fully enclosed, flood coolant and 10 place tool changer. My bench top Rongfo mill at 400rpm is louder than this one at 6000rpm. New tooling is on the way hope it's here by Friday for the long weekend.

Got her up and running. I had one CAT 40 tool holder next day aired so we can start playing with it. This is a 2" circle .10" deep. The speed was 1500rpm don't remember the ipm. No computer needed the controller has built in programming. Basic stuff but very easy to use. We knocked out a 9 bolt pattern at 3" inch center in 1 minute.View My Video

We got it for 24,000 with 4th axes controller installed. And 3,800 on hours 1,600 run hours. It came out of an aerospace machine shop. The mill has never cut steel. Mostly aluminum and some SS.
